Our Story

Life well Lived......

Kindred Grove Farms started as a conversation between 2 best friends over what we wanted out of life, and what the future would look like for our children. We think that the current way things were going in the world, there is very little chance any of our children will be fortunate enough to own a home, and happily live a modern life. What started as a conversation about communal living and pooled resources, became a reality in 2024.

Kindred "similar in kind; related" all living together like hobbits in a Grove "a small group of trees"

The goal is simple: to live a healthy, happy, and sustainable life.

Our Values

  • Sustainable Farming Practices: We focus on growing fresh vegetables, fruits, and plant starts while implementing environmentally sustainable methods to promote biodiversity and soil health including utilizing vermicomposting, compost tea, Bio-char, and regenerative grazing techniques.

  • Inclusive Employment & Involvement: Our team includes those with disabilities, and from all backgrounds. We create a diverse workforce that contributes to the farm’s operations and promotes equal opportunities.

  • Community Connection: We not only provide fresh local produce but also foster a sense of belonging within the community, emphasizing wellness and healthy living.

  • Agro-Tourism Development: Planned agro-tourism activities will allow visitors to explore our farm, participate in educational programs, and engage in hands-on experiences, highlighting the importance of local agriculture.

  • ART:  We believe that the creation and appreciation of art are vital to a thriving society. By nurturing an environment that values artistic expression, we cultivate creativity and enhance emotional well-being. Art enriches our lives, offering a powerful way to connect, reflect, and inspire.
